All machines are offered 'ex works' unless otherwise stated. 'Ex works' means that the machine is being offered in as is condition and can be collected direct from the site it is located. These machines do NOT come with any warranty or guarantee and are priced accordingly. We strongly recommend that you view the machine prior to purchase.

As most of our non-refurbished used machines are brokered this will usually be the case. All machines sold 'ex works' will need to be paid for in full prior to collection/delivery.

Tecnico Solutions can arrange delivery of your machine, please ask us for a quotation for delivery. Additionally we can arrange installation and training if required and are usually able to offer ongoing technical support, again please ask for a quotation.

We understand that when purchasing machinery piece of mind is extremely important. With that in mind we have developed a tiered approach to pricing as follows;

Level 1: Machine offered 'ex works' in as is condition without any warranty or guarantee. Tecnico can arrange delivery, installation and training at additional cost. Payment in full prior to delivery.

Level 2: Machine offered serviced and tested for full functionality, delivered, installed and training offered as required. Again there will be no warranty or guarantee but you will have piece of mind that the machine is in good working order. A deposit will be required prior to servicing. The balance will be required in full prior to delivery.

Level 3: Machine offered fully refurbished, delivered, installed, operator training and comprehensive parts and labour warranty. A deposit will be required with order, followed by a further payment prior to delivery and the balance paid upon completion of installation.

However, we cannot guarantee this with 'as is' machinery and strongly recommend that you view the machine prior to purchase as Tecnico Solutions will not be held responsible for any inherent faults the machine may have.
